Bidding on Traffic with Full IAB Consent

You can now select an option in the line item settings to only bid on users who gave full IAB consent to receive personalized ads. This means you can create better-tailored messages and make your marketing campaigns more effective.

DoubleVerify Post Bid Blocking

(August 27, 2018)

 

With DoubleVerify Blocking technology, you can rest assured that your ads are displayed in a relevant and safe environment, and your brand image and reputation are well protected. The integration within Adform allows you to enable post bid blocking protection across all tags for a selected campaign.

Custom Domains List and RTB Domain Templates available at the same time

Adform has introduced a possibility to use both Custom Domains List and Domain Templates at the same time. It means you can have blacklisted or whitelisted templates scaled across different campaigns or line items, while simultaneously using custom lists as a tool of optimization.

HTML5 Studio Improvements

The Video component now boasts a number of handy updates. They include a range of video events, the possibility to hide all video controls, and even the ability to initially hide and later uncover a specific component. Set a display trigger, uncheck the visibility box and watch the magic unfold!

Deleting Tracking Points (Beta)

No need to keep increasing your tracking point limit! The new functionality enables you to get rid of unwanted tracking points and free up more space for valuable new ones.

Campaign Status in Custom Reports

A new campaign status filter has been added to the Custom Reports viewer. Enriched with data about both active and inactive campaigns, your custom reports are now more insightful and help evaluate long-term campaign performance.

Naming Options for Individual Page Metrics 

(August 2, 2018)

 

You can streamline your custom reports further by selecting naming options for individual page metrics. Choose from Abbreviation, Page Name, or Abbreviation & Page Name.

For consistency between different reporting tools, mile and decimal separators in Custom Report CSV exports were aligned with the Adform Analytics CSV format.

Supported Auction Types & Deal Priorities

Custom Reports Labels

Custom reports are much easier to organize thanks to a possibility to mark them with labels. You can add up to three labels to a single custom report and use the labels filter to find the reports you need.

Audience Base

Audience Data Types

An additional setting now lets you specify new audiences by their data source (1st, 2nd, or 3rd party data). The improvement makes the defined audiences more visible and accessible in Audience Marketplace.

New Integration with LiveRamp

(August 9, 2018)

 

New integration with LiveRamp will help you better manage your data export. It is now possible to set up routes and rules to this new destination.

Custom Period Column in Summary Dashboard

(August 2, 2018)

 

For more precise and insightful statistics on the main data points, the summary table in the dashboard has been enhanced with a new custom period column. It displays the number of IDs, UIDs, and their update requests, as well as the total number of used audiences for a specified date range.

Updates to Come

Unified Taxonomy

You are able to select Unified Taxonomy categories from the pre-defined list and assign them to audiences. This allows matching audiences and ensuring that ads are served to the right customers.

 

Two-Factor Authentication

Add another layer of security with 2FA authentication. In addition to the username and password when logging in, 2FA requires the possession of a smartphone with an authentication application installed.

 

Dynamic Ads – Adform Signals Targeting  

Adform Signal targeting determines versions based on incoming Adform macro value. This also means that spreadsheet management becomes much easier.
