ROAS Available in Adform DSP
Adform is excited to introduce ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) as an additional buying option on the DSP. This pricing model helps you focus on sales optimization and thus allows you to set how much revenue you would like to generate at minimum compared to advertising spend.
In contrast to the current CPA optimization algorithm, where all conversions are treated in the same way regardless of the customer’s purchase amount, the ROAS algorithm uses historical sales data to predict the expected revenue of a bid request. As a result, the bid is tailored to secure requests that are expected to bring more revenue for a more effective bid. Main KPI to focus on is a ratio between revenue and spend.
